I like it
This app is it needed rice in each meals Because I can't start workout
My arms are already looking and feeling stronger
From doing the day 1 and 2 routine i saw that is could pull my self higher when doing a chin up
Like it a lot I needed somthing intense enough to call a workout cause I play sports day 1 was a workout lookin forward to finishing I'll update u on how it's going
